West Michigan Style is a magazine we created and published for DeVries Jewelers. This is a collaborative marketing project through which DeVries Jewelers partnered with or featured over 50 local businesses!
The idea for West Michigan Style magazine came out of DeVries’ desire to get high quality marketing content into the hands of current and potential customers.
Collaborating with other West Michigan businesses to do that fit right in line with the mission DeVries Jewelers has of staying in and promoting West Michigan.
"Developing a magazine like West Michigan Style is about understanding consumer behavior. Everything about it needs to compel someone to pick it up.
Our job is to understand the nuances and present the information in the most compelling way possible."

I have the habit of taking architectural pictures anytime I visit a museum. As a designer/photographer, I love the process of finding the right angle to showcase the building's best views and angles. (all of these are edited iPhone photos) Most of the time I send these to the specific museum. Some get used, some don't.
